This state of the art strength and athletic performance facility offers a clean, industrial aesthetic built specifically for fitness.
The design features an expansive open floor plan, high industrial ceilings, overhead steel barns, bright linear tube lighting, the space provides ample room for multi camera set ups .
Outside this property sits within a secure, gated campus with large concrete courtyard ideal for exterior workout scenes.
The space operates as a clean, neutral environment that can be adapted to suit the visual direction of a shoot.
While fully functional as a strength facility, it can also be treated as a blank canvas. Walls can be repainted, branding can be installed, equipment can be repositioned or removed, and temporary set builds can be accommodated where required.
