Lancaster London ,W2
Originally designed as two individual homes and converted into one hotel in the 1930’s.
Lancaster location was built in the 1850s in English Baroque style with French mannerist touches.
The 1920s saw it divided into flats and hotel rooms, and the introduction of Art Deco interiors.
Lancaster location has been stripped back to reveal its multi-layered history in a state of arrested decay with white stucco fronted buildings with classical detailing and portico entrances, serving as the perfect backdrop for stills and filming.
