The house is located directly at the river Havel. It is 200 years old, very romantic, hast 120 square meters, 5 rooms and a huge garden. The surrounding is a nature reserve with very wild trees and a lot of different birds. The area is called “dark Germany” because there is so little traffic and street lamps that the sky is very dark. The house is private property. We hardly changed its original design, so it looks quite historical.
